He brings multi‑sector leadership experience spanning entrepreneurship, politics and investment, with a focus on building cross‑border technology ventures and mobilizing ecosystems. Tony is also known as a web3 veteran, most recently Chairman of Sol Strategies and now of HYLQ Strategy Corp., as well as a famous poker player.

Andrew Cheung - Chief Technology Officer. Andrew directs research and engineering for the qLABS protocol and product suite. As the CEO of 01 Quantum, he has overseen the design and deployment of post‑quantum cryptographic solutions used by global enterprises and supported by U.S. patents and ongoing R&D. At qLABS, he is responsible for cryptographic design choices, the integration of PQC with zero‑knowledge proofs, audit readiness, and the translation of standards (NIST PQC) into chain‑compatible implementations.
